Our immersions take place in the rainforests and regenerative farms of Costa Rica, where the teaching happens not through slides but through silence, somatic practice, nature connection, and facilitated dialogue that goes deeper than strategy.
What an Immersion Looks Like
- 4-7 day experiences designed for small cohorts (6-12 leaders) to ensure depth and intimacy
- Morning silence and nature practices — walking meditation, forest bathing, breathwork
- Facilitated dialogue sessions using Art of Hosting, council practice, and generative listening
- Visits to regenerative farms and community projects to witness living systems principles in action
- Evening integration — journaling, shared meals, unstructured connection time
- A closing ceremony and personal leadership commitment designed for re-entry into your organization
